Sizes & Size Breakdown

Adult sizes S, M, L, and XL are included in the package price. After you choose your package, color, and print placement, enter your size breakdown in the order notes at checkout — for example: 5 S · 10 M · 8 L · 2 XL.

Extended sizes: 2XL add $3 per shirt, 3XL add $5 per shirt, invoiced before production begins.

Bulk custom T-shirts give businesses, teams, events, schools, and organizations an easy way to order coordinated apparel with vibrant full-color printing. Each shirt is printed on a Gildan Softstyle® 64000 tee using DTF (direct-to-film) printing.

DTF printing reproduces photographs, gradients, small details, and unlimited colors without per-color setup charges. Your design is printed at one flat rate based on the selected package and print placement.

The Gildan Softstyle® 64000 has a modern classic fit and a smooth surface that helps printed artwork remain sharp and readable. Solid colors are made with 100% ring-spun cotton, while heather colors use cotton and polyester blends.

Choose from package sizes of 10, 25, 50, or 100 shirts. Larger quantities reduce the cost per shirt.

5. Upload or email your artwork after ordering.

Print Placement Options

Single-location printing is priced the same for the following options:

• Full Front: Large design printed on the front
• Left Chest: Small pocket-style logo
• Full Back: Large design printed on the back
• Left Chest + Full Back: Small front logo paired with a large back design

The left-chest and full-back combination may have different pricing from a single print location.
