Because many of our products are made to order or customized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or design choices made at checkout.
That said, we stand behind our work and will make things right if there is an issue caused during shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund consideration, you must provide:

Photos of the packaging (including the shipping box)

Photos are required so we can properly assess shipping damage and file claims if needed.
Once reviewed, we may offer:

Non-Refundable Items
