Concept & Mockup Approval
Before we begin production, we'll send you a digital mockup of your design for approval. Production doesn't start until you approve the mockup in writing (email or text) — please review it carefully, since any changes requested after approval may affect your order's timeline.
Order Inspection & Issue Reporting
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there's a defect, printing issue, or damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Production Timeline
Standard production time varies depending on order size and the complexity of your design. A few things can affect your timeline:
- Peak seasons and holidays may extend turnaround
- Specialty or highly custom products may require additional production time
- If you have a specific event date, let us know when you order so we can plan accordingly

Closures
We observe standard federal holidays and occasional weather-related closures. Orders placed during a closure will begin processing on our next business day.
