How to order custom embroidery
- Share your project. Send your logo, product preferences, quantity, sizes, colors, placement and requested completion date.
- Review the details. We confirm product availability, artwork requirements, pricing and an estimated timeline. Review any required proof for spelling, sizing, placement and colors before approving it.
- Confirm your order. Production begins after the required order details and artwork approvals are complete. Follow your product listing or quote for the next steps.
Embroidery ordering questions
Is there a minimum order?
We welcome small orders and larger business or team orders. Minimum quantities vary by product and offer. Listings sold as packs show the included quantity; contact us if you need a different amount.
What logo files should I send?
Send your highest-quality PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, EPS or AI file. Your logo must be converted into an embroidery-ready stitch file, a process called digitizing. Small lettering and fine details may need adjustments for the chosen size and fabric.
How much does custom embroidery cost?
Pricing depends on the garment or hat, quantity, stitch count, placement and artwork preparation. Check the product listing for what is included, or request a quote for your project. Additional charges may apply for extensive artwork preparation or digitizing, as outlined in our policies.
How long will my order take?
Turnaround depends on product availability, quantity, artwork and the current production schedule. We provide an estimated completion date with your quote. Include your deadline when contacting us so we can confirm what is possible; rush service is subject to availability.
Can you embroider items I already own?
Customer-supplied apparel may be accepted after a compatibility review. Contact us before sending or dropping off items. Customer-supplied products are decorated at your own risk, and replacement cannot be guaranteed if an unexpected production issue occurs. Read our policies and conditions for details.
Can you match my logo colors?
We review thread selection and match colors as closely as possible. Screen colors, embroidery thread and garment colors can vary, so review the proposed colors with us before production.
Do you offer shipping and local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup and shipping throughout the USA are available. Confirm the arrangements for your order when requesting your quote.
