One bundle = six tumblers. Set the cart quantity to 1 for six tumblers or 2 for twelve tumblers. Each bundle uses one selected tumbler color and the same logo on all six. Individual names, multiple logos, additional print locations and full-wrap printing are not included.

Choose your tumbler color

Select a color using the swatches to see the matching tumbler photo. Color photos show the blank tumbler before customization; your order includes your logo. Actual colors and print placement may vary slightly due to the powder-coated finish, tumbler shape, lighting and screen settings.

How to order your custom logo tumblers

1. Choose your tumbler color and number of six-packs, then complete your purchase.
2. Email your logo to digitaltimberllc@outlook.com with your order number and any artwork or placement instructions.
3. Review and approve your free digital proof before production begins.

Vector artwork or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is preferred. Low-resolution graphics may need adjustments before printing.

Production and shipping

Estimated production time is 7–10 business days for standard orders. Larger orders or new designs requiring testing may take 10–15 business days, confirmed for each order.

Production timing starts only after payment is received, final artwork and order details are approved, and all required materials have arrived and are available. Any wait for supplies will be explained upfront. Shipping transit time is additional, and these estimates do not guarantee a delivery date.

Tumbler care

Hand wash to protect the printed finish. Do not microwave, soak, scrub with abrasive materials or place in the dishwasher. The 20oz tumbler fits most standard cup holders.

Custom-order returns and refunds

Each tumbler is printed specifically for your order. Returns, exchanges and refunds are not available for change of mind, customer ordering errors or errors in customer-approved artwork. Review your color, quantity, spelling and proof carefully before approving production.

If your order arrives damaged, has a defect or differs from your approved order because of our mistake, contact us with your order number and photos so we can make it right under our Refund Policy. This does not affect your rights under applicable law.
