Processing Time

Most of our products are made to order. Processing times vary depending on the product and customization selected.

  • Typical processing time: 3–7 business days

  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional time

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.


Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We currently ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Carrier selection is determined at our discretion to ensure timely delivery.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. DigitalTimber is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

  • Your order number

Photos are required so we can evaluate the damage and file a shipping claim if necessary. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

DigitalTimber is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipments.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, DigitalTimber is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipping availability and fees vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
