What's your turnaround time?

Turnaround time depends on the size and complexity of your order. We'll give you an estimated completion date when we send your quote.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

We work with both one-off custom pieces and bulk orders. Let us know what you need and we'll confirm what's possible for your project.

What file formats do you accept for custom artwork?

We accept most common file types, including AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, and JPG. Not sure if your file will work? Send it our way and we'll take a look.

Do you ship, or is local pickup available?

Both. Local customers are welcome to pick up their order, and we also ship anywhere in the USA.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and other payment options available at checkout.
